Ceramic coatings designed for the high demands of the oil and gas industry.
Emissions Control Coating provides an added layer of protection against fugitive emissions. Our advanced ceramic coating is engineered for exceptional resistance to H₂S, produced water (salts), CO₂, and other harsh elements commonly found in the oil and gas industry.
Beyond durability, the coating also delivers lubricity properties that create a non-stick surface. This reduces the buildup of debris around hatch seals and lowers the risk of unwanted emissions leaks.
“We’ve been using Emissions Control Coating on our thief hatches, inline vents, stack vents, and EPRVs for nearly four years with outstanding results. Our technicians have reported fewer cleaning intervals and extended equipment life.”

We offer a coating surface using CERAKOTE® the world leader in thin film ceramic coating technology.
Cerakote E-100 Blackout coating was tested for head-to-head corrosion resistance against Teflon® Black 958G, Teflon® Metallic Black 420G, and Xylan® 142X coatings, used in marine applications, to prevent corrosion. All coatings were applied to plain steel bolts and zinc plated nuts to increase galvanic corrosion rate.
